In June, the team at HarmonyAVL+media, with their showroom located at 936 Tunnel Road in East Asheville, welcomes Daniel Majorie as their newest team member. Daniel and his family are relocating from his long-time home of New Orleans, and his wife will be starting a job at Mission Hospital.

We had the opportunity to do a video image shootout between two very different projectors in our showroom recently.  While both perform at a very high level, there are many differences that highlight each and their unique attributes.

Recently, we did an on-site visit to a hotel that is having all kinds of issues with their sound quality. A team of designers painstakingly picked every knickknack, placed specific books in strategic places, and created a beautiful atmosphere…but they did not give any consideration to the acoustics.

Building a new house can be exciting, fulfilling, and a dream come true. However, it can also be daunting to throw down that kind of money, and sometimes corners are cut to save a few bucks here and there. But the truth is, we have had plenty of folks come back to us and say, “Gosh, I really wish I would have invested in a better AV and lighting system, or at least in pre-wire.”
